Inside the Noztek Warehouse: How We Build and Ship
A behind-the-scenes look at the Noztek production and fulfilment operation — how machines are assembled, tested, and shipped to research institutions and manufacturers worldwide.
Made in the UK
Every Noztek machine is assembled, tested, and shipped from our facility in the United Kingdom. This reflects a deliberate choice about quality control that has shaped every aspect of how we operate. Building in-house means that every machine that leaves our facility has been handled by the same team that designed it, assembled by people who understand what the specifications mean and why they matter.
Assembly and Pre-Dispatch Testing
Each machine goes through a structured assembly process followed by a full functional test before dispatch. The test protocol runs the machine through its full operating range — temperature ramp to maximum setpoint, screw speed sweep from minimum to maximum, torque verification against reference loads, and a continuous run at representative production conditions.
Only machines that pass the full test protocol are cleared for dispatch. This is not a statistical sample — every machine is tested. For research equipment that will be used to produce materials for characterisation studies, intermittent quality failures are not an acceptable outcome.
Support After Delivery
Post-delivery support is provided directly by the Noztek technical team. We do not route support queries through third-party call centres. Email support is typically answered within one working day; for urgent production issues, phone support is available.
